Bloomquist Amazing Dahlia lives up to its name! This distinctive variety combines warm apricot, peach and creamy white coloring with an unusual flower form that's sure to catch your eye. Its 5–6-inch blooms feature finely divided, feathery petal tips, giving each flower a soft, fringed appearance unlike that of most traditional dahlias.
Known as a laciniated dahlia, Bloomquist Amazing brings an extra layer of texture to the garden. The delicate-looking petals spread outward around rich golden centers, creating a lively display of color and form. Plant it alongside more traditional dahlias for an interesting contrast, or let its unusual flowers take center stage.
You'll want to bring plenty of these blooms indoors, too! Strong, straight stems make Bloomquist Amazing a great choice for cutting, and its warm colors pair beautifully with other summer flowers. Use the blooms in mixed bouquets or display a few stems on their own to appreciate their intricate details.
With flowers appearing from midsummer until frost, Bloomquist Amazing offers plenty of opportunities to enjoy its one-of-a-kind beauty. It's a rewarding choice for gardeners looking to grow something a little different.
